I have all the symptoms of being pregnant. However I had a blood test done on friday and it came back negative. I started that evening and was a whole week early. It wasn't as heavy as usual but it was a good flow and it was shorter than normal. I still have the symptoms, my nipples are darker my aerola glands are larger, I have lower back pain a little bit of nausea, and I am tired lately, and my breast are a little tender. I have not been on any birth control for atleast 3 months. Could I be pregnant and the blood test be wrong?

I think blood tests are rarely wrong maybe you have a hormone imbalance.

I had symptoms sometimes that made me believe I was pregnant, but it turned out to be a false alarm. You know, it's a fact that a lot of pains and symptoms are imagined... So, you could convince yourself that you are pregnant, and that will give off the whole tons of symptoms. But, it is possible to get your period and be pregnant... I did! It didn't last long though, infact, it only lasted a day. I had "one day" monthly periods for three months of my pregnancy! Nothing to worry about, though. It doesn't mean that you are going to have a miscarriage, or that you will have a preterm baby. You should get checked out, though. I am due in just 11 days, and I have a perfectly healthy baby!!!

Wait
You had your period 1 week early, puts you at 3 weeks after your last menstral cycle? Not only will home pregnancy test be wrong, but so will blood test at that stage of the game, it happend to me with my first. I had full periods until I was 4 months pregnant with him. If you still feel symptoms for the next 2 weeks i'd suggest taking a home pregnancy test.
