Q: Important Dr. B Question

Hi everyone, I was thinking of going on the Dr. Bernstein diet (not the one for diabetes) ive heard a few good things. I hear that the weight comes off very quickly and you lose like 20 pounds a month which is amazing since that is all I really need to lose. Also I would like to lose the weight as quickly as possible. If anyone knows anything about this diet or has any advice please answer. Also if anyone has a sample menu of some of the things you eat on the diet, and if exercise is needed I hear that you do not have any energy to exercise but would you need an actual routine or not... All replys are appreciated

thanx

Important Dr. B Question
Hi masha,
what you’ve heard is true. You can lose weight quickly on the Dr. Bernstein diet, and keep it off, too. I did it several years ago and can happily say I kept the lost pounds off for a long time. Exercise isn’t required, but if you wanted to you’d certainly have the energy. Once I was into it, even after cutting back my calorie consumption considerably, I actually found I had more energy than before. Between the injections and vitamin supplements I felt fine. And if you start feeling sluggish, just tell the doctors/nurses and they’ll adjust your diet accordingly.
Good luck to you!

and aim starting jan5th there is no excercise reqiored, it is expensive starting at 295 for consultation and 150 per week. They give you a list of what you can eat and you basically decide what you want to eat in certain portions.....
