Q: Unwanted Hair Removal

I was wondering if anybody knows of a method at home that can remove hair permanently. I know there's electrolysis, but I don't really have the money. I just have this incredibly hair around my nipples, everytime I go into a hottub everybody teases the hell out of me. If you know of some chemical thing or some method that could kill the follicle for good, i'd really appreciate some help. Thanks
