Hope someone can help me with this little query.

For the past few weeks I have had a very sore scrotum. I have examined myself and it looks as though the skin on my left testicle has somehow come away, leaving a very sore red raw spot on the scrotum. When this particular part of my scrotum comes into contact with either skin or clothing it seems to burn like crazy.

I have also noticed that in the centre is a little white bobble (for want of a better word), which I believe could be a trapped hair or something.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the matter?
