Should I Wait to Have Ultrasound?
Posted: 12-12-04 19:43pm

Last week my dr's office called with results of my mammogram and said the dr would like me to have an ultrasound due to what appeared to be benign cysts in both breasts. I initially scheduled the appt for monday but since found out my insurance has a $2,500 deductible and my new insurance that goes in effect on jan 1 has no deductible. I called the dr to reschedule, but was told the dr does not want me to wait. Since I will have to pay for the u/s out-of-pocket, i'm questioning whether or not three weeks is really going to make a difference? I hate to wait but then again, it could be just cysts and any extra expenses at this time is going to be difficult on my family. Any advice?

I have been using a product for people who want to prevent or treat cancer and in january of 2004 the international journal of oncology published a study on this product. The authors concluded that this product may contribute to supporting healthy breast cells.

Hello

i guess i'm kind of late. By now your new insurance should have kicked in. Anyway, the us will further define the characteristics of the nodules that were seen on the mammogram.

Best regards,
