Hello everyone,

i had carpal tunnel release 6 months ago and now i'm having pain in my hand. Pain is in my pinky and ring finger. I also have pain in the inside of my elbow. When I bend my arm for so long it hurts a lot and also in my shoulder. Could this be a sign of cubital tunnel? I'm a typist and I went back to work doing the same job. Could this be possible? Someone please help and give me some answers. I'm worried sick.
