Few questions and worries:

what exactly is it?

Is it jsut cumming in general early on, i.E a min or so
or is it actually ejaculating before an orgasm?

I'm kinda worried, as when iwas 13-14 I used to be able to masturbate and it would take me at least 5-6 mins, but now I seem to come so friggan quickly, less than a minute, the quickest was with a few motions: up, down, up,down. End.

I ejaculate what i'd say is a fair amount and i've ejaculated more than one load after comming but I don't understand why i'm shooting my load so quickly. I can hae a boner for ages and quite alot I still have a boner after I came, as if my penis is sayin, "what we're finished???"
