My ankles and wrists are in so much pain.

It's hard to teach a demo team at a karate studio with such pain (cartwheels and round-offs are needed to be taught..Lol)

i've broken my left ankle twice..My right one once..And broken my right wrist once

My grandpa has it

I dont know anyone who does....But I dont know mucha bout it either. Im sorry you are in pain dear!
