Yeah..I have to go to the orthopedic doc
soon.
My ankles and wrists are in so much
pain.
It's hard to teach a demo team at a karate
studio with such pain (cartwheels and
round-offs are needed to be taught..Lol)
i've broken my left ankle twice..My right
one once..And broken my right wrist once

bending (flexing) your wrist.
~occasional aching pain in your forearm
between your elbow and wrist.
