Hey dude, sorry about your "man", it might be something called scabes, definitely go to the doc though. Scabes usually occur around your groin area and itch when you get hot water on them, that's because there are tiny bugs in them that squirm, tiny bacterial bugs, go to the doctor though, don't rely on this site to cure you, and look up online scabes and see if it matches your symptoms, look at pics and stuff too!
