Q: Period Cramps..

I have really bad period cramps..My mom says its because i'm irregular(i get my period once every 2-5 months) does anyone have some kind of "remedy" that helps ease the cramping??

Extremely eHealthy

Hot water with ginger spice and drink it down, after it cools, then put your legs up for one hour, it was the only thing that used to help me, you might gag a little at 1st when drinking it. I now have a complete hysterectomy which is wonderful, but I don't think you are ready for that yet.
