I got my x-ray a few months ago, it showed
disks in my lower back being to close to
each other, after regular visits to the
chiropractor I got rid of the pain, but my
back is too stiff, can anyone tell me if
the disks can be spaced out with exercise,
can I get my back flexible again or is
this thing perminent. Any help would be
apriciated thanks.
