Q: Unexplained Pain And Symptoms

Hi im 19 and I havn't been feeling well, I have been depressed and have had a loss of appetite. For about 5 days now I have had sharp pains off and on in my abdomen also I have been nautiouse and have bad acid. I'm not sure if its gallbladder or anything else. Please help!
