I was just diagnosed to have a low testosterone and high prolactin level. I am a male and I had one testicle removed 5 years ago due to torsion and I was wondering if this surgery might have been the cause? What should I expect for my future(ie kids, ,lifestyle)? I also have developed breasts that are much bigger then i'm used to, and they hurt because they are heavy and pull on my skin(sounds like a girl right?), is there such thing as a male bra? Thanks, this embarrasing questions are tough to ansdwer

Get a Pituitary Mri
Not too many ways to have high prolactin and low testosterone.

Check pituitary functions, it all starts there.

Good news is, there are good drugs and failing that, if you find an experienced surgeon who has done several of these, very good outcomes.

Almost never cancer, but it won't get better on its own.

Get to an endocrinologist who knows what they are about.
