You could have extreamly high motabalism, or maybe you aren't digesting your food properly, so eating a big meal doesn't fill you up because your body isn't getting it nutrients from trhat food so it doesn't want to stop absorbing.

what are you eating for a meal??? Try eating more protein.. Protein fills you up..

Pasta, chinease food and mexican foods all will leave you hungry after u eat them..

When u eat dinner eat two pices of chicken instead of one and some veggies..

Try to eat healthy..
Sweets will make u more hungry... And cause u to want to eat more.. Lay off the sweets .. And eat more meat..U should start feeling better

Try filling up with fiber (fresh & raw veggies, fruit, whole grains) and warm liquids (tea, water, soup). Also don't go too long between meals or you won't feel full even after eating alot.
Also, you may be growing (if you are still young) or maybe exercising more & building muscle. Just fill up on healthy foods & eat mindfully, then you won't get too heavy.

Maybe ur getting stomach ulcer or some sort of cancer that has been trying to happen to me I was like drinking orange juice for breakfast and then like at 7:00pm I would eat rice tuna fish and potatoes

im always drinking wanter now before my stomach hurts when im not supposed to be eating, that helps a little im going to see if I get veggies to eat but all are disgusting lol any1 got some good veggie recipes?
