I have heard that in some countries where it is important for a girl to be a virgin when she is married, that having anal sex is quite often the case...But otherwise, I can't imagine that it is too common for a girl to have anal sex before the ordinary kind? Unless she has been sexually abused, maybe.

I see why someone would say you are a virgin if you haven't entered the vagina, but I think that when penetration has occurred anywhere, your virginity is lost. I almost think anal sex is a step further than straight sex and so I disagree with someone who thinks they are a virgin if they have anal sex everyday. Sex is sex. When the penis enters an oriface, sex has occurred, hence your virginity is lost.

Yeah, I agree with southcoach. If you have been penetrated then you aren't a virgin. No, she wasn't penatrated in her vagina and her hymen didn't break, but she still had a penis in her and therefore isn't a virgin. But, I also cannot see why a girl would have anal before regular. Most girls don't ever have anal let alone first. Weird, but good point. I can see both sides of this argument.

In my opinion if you have sex of any kind (except oral) you are not a virgin. Yeah, it was her butt (lol) and she still has her hymen (if she had it at all in the first place) but she has had sex! ah, who knows. Crazy, crazy.

I think to be conisered a virgin you must not penatrate and you must not be penetrated.

Virgin is just a word or description -- there is no such "thing" as "a virgin" it's sort of shorthand for "hasn't had sex", but then it depends on how you define "sex.". Or we could all find all sort of exceptions, or what-ifs!

But...I had a friend who was a transsexual. She used to say that she had lost her virginity four times: as a man with a woman and with a man, and then as a woman, with a man and then a woman.

I believe if u have anal sex it is considerd losing ur virginity..Because its the same exact thing but diffrent holes..Lol I know that sounds weird but thats my opinion..And if ur comfortable letting a guy do that...Then im sure ud be comfortable doing it the regular way
