But, i'll explain it again, I had my nose done 4 months ago, and it basically looks the same, and as of now I totally and completely regret it! I spent about $8400 and the s.O.B made me all these promises and didn't come through with it, I mean I see maybe a $1000 difference but, $8400, hell no! So, as of now I totally regret it, if he made a big difference and it looked really good I would have no complaints but, I since he didn't do a good job at all, I totally have regrets. All I know is that one should look for a specialist when it comes to plastic surgery. There are general plastic surgeons who do it all, but one needs to find a surgeon who primarily does one or two parts and that's it. They have more intensive knowledge and experience. Also, it makes it easier to research them and get references. Finally, and relatedly, ask the surgeon and/or even the receptionist for the surgeon's credentials...Then start to do your homework.
Finding the right one may cause you to travel a little bit, but it's your body and your $$$, so that really should be secondary.
