Well guys i've made the hardest decision I have ever had to make and hope even though it hurts me bad that its best for my daughter and son on he way. I'm leaving my boyfriend of 6 years as I sit here crying and typing I have realized he dont' care about the kids and if I stay and continue my kids won't have nothing. Here it is almost christmas and he won't get a job so I can give my daughter a good christmas his dad has bought everything for her for the past year and he would rather spend 130 bucks on video games just like he did last christmas so no christmas for my daughter and nothing for my baby. I won't be on much after friday because i'm not going to fight him to take my computer that I bought. But I wish you all good luck on your babies.

There is no shame in leaving someone who does not help you, including your children's father. There are plenty of single mothers out there that do just fine without men. I, myself, have been raising a 4 yr old daughter alone with no help, no child support. And now I have a 3 week old daughter whom I am raising the same way. Their father is incarcerated so until he gets his act together, if he ever does, I will be one of the many, like yourself, that are strong enough to do this alone. Good luck with everything!!!! Stay strong!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and i'm glad that you are going to be strong for you and your little family. It is crucial that they grow up in a good environment. You are making a hard decision, I know personally, and you will never regret it. Congratulations. It may be tough in the beginning, but don't give in and do what's comfortable by going back. Stick with your decision. Best wishes. Let us know how you're doing when you can. (library! :d )

I also admire your courage. It is so hard to leave a realtionship (i know, i've done it several times), especially when you guys are together for so long. It will get easier though, and if you need to talk, we're here. Good luck with everything.

i hope everything works out for the best. Keep us up to date to let us know how you are doing and the children. I have been through this before and I dont wish it on anyone. Also hun there are places around you just have to do some research like call social services and other places, but they will help you with christmas for your children. Good luck and im here if you want to talk.
