My condition is really funny cuase I think I only think I have colon cancer cuase im thinking of having it to much... But heres what is happin

i just broke my wrist like 1 month ago becuase I fell off a tramp I also hurt my tail bone when if fell of tramp it doesnt hurt now but could it have sumthin to do with these

i been having more narrow stools then I used to (i think) I donno I really never looked at my stool before but it seems to come out in smaller piecies.

Lower tummy pains (i dont think that it really hurts there its not a sharp paint but it bugs me and it only starts to hurt when I play with my tummy becuase I tryin to see if my tummy is hard so I just sayin it only hurts when I push my tummy in)

blood in stool (i have only had this 1 time and it was cuase of sumthing sharp scraping agaisnt my anal hole)

thats really about it any help would be usefull but I think its all jsut in my head cuase 2 weeks before this I thought I had lung cancer but I didnt so what do you think it is do you think its cuase im just thinkin about it too much?
