Yes you could still get pregnant my friend did. You should always use protection, you can still get stds and hiv that wouldn't be good.

If I understand you correctly, you said he never went in your vagina? But where did he cum? On your chest? Depends where? I've never heard of someone getting pregnant from cum on their chest. Chances are very slim.
