Q: Switch From Patch to Seasonale??

(i put this in the wrong place originally)

my question is whether to go to seasonale. I'd like something to reduce the number of periods I get. I've been doing that with the patch and the pill, but have lately put on 20 pounds, while dieting and working out nonetheless. So I suspect it's the patch. From reading here though, it sounds like folks don't like seasonale. So what to switch to??
