My ? Concerns steroid use. I have been taking sustenon and deca-durobolin for 6 weeks of a 10 week cycle. I may be expieriencing some gyno effects in the form of breast tissue. I started taking 30mg. Of nolvadex and I am also getting some proviron and plan to take 50mg. Proviron and 20mg. Of the nolvadex per day for the remainder of my cycle. Is this sufficient to supress estrogen? Also how long after my cycle should I continue the nolv./proviron? Lastly can I do? Say, a lot of push ups to tighten the softness under my nipple? Thank you for any info. You can provide. Lance
