Q: Adderall With Wellbutrin

Does anyone know the effects on a teenage boy that has been taking adderall (currently xr) for the past 5 years and has started taking wellbutrin for the last 7 months? He is also taking tenex at night to help him sleep. He is having some emotional problems that we cannot figure out and it is causing some major problems with our family. Crying or Very sad

What is adderall and tenex? What are these meds being prescribed for? Depression? I do know that wellbutrin is an antidepressant.
