I can't help you out with the poll. Cuz I have only done depo and the pill. Depo gave me bad migraines, cramps, and weight gain. I'm sure the pill has caused me to gain some weight, but nothing excessive. I'm going to say it's prob diff for everyone. Ur doc may have a better idea.

It's way more effective that the friend of a friend of a friend told you it was (if you've ever heard it doesn't work, it's most likely because they weren't doing natural family planning, they were just guessing).

Have you found out a way to stop yourself from murdering your eggs every month due to your period?

The pill gave me a lot of blood clots (in the next period I had) and got me scared. I had a baby 6 mos ago and I am thinking about iud, its hormone free which mean I wont gain weight or have the bad side afects.

I was on the depo for 2 1/2 years it work great for me I didnt gain no weight I didnt have any problems.. And it is like 99 % effective..

I strongly recommend male sterilisation (vasectomy)!

The depo works best for me - no side effects, it's quick and easy and importantly, very reliable. It depends on the person though - i'd talk it over with your doctor.
