Q: Possibly Pregnant?...need Some Advice!!

Ok...I'm new to this. I'm 23, engaged and possibly pregnant- unplanned! I should have started my period on the 12/13 of october and it's now the 21st. I'm usually like clockwork. I'm also very rarely ever sick to my stomach but I got sick on the 12th and thought it was just the food I ate. But I got sick again on the 18th and thought it a little odd that here I was, 6 days late, and throwing up. I took a home pregnancy test on the 19th in the afternoon and it came back negative, or so I thought. When I went to throw the test away an hour or so later, I saw the faintest hint of a line (had it always been there or was it a time thing?) so, I thought i'd give it a couple more days to do another test and take everyone's advice and do it in the morning. But i'm so anxious...Help please. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated

I think you should test again,it will be more accurate now.And about the other test, well if it showed a faint line after an hour the result was still negative,it's totally normal for the test to change.I hope u get the resuslts u want!!! Laughing

good luck!!

Thanks for the advice. I took another again this morning and it was still negative. I used accuclear. Do you or anyone else have any familiarity with that brand? It came with 2 so i'll test again this weekend if I still haven't started. Thanks again for your support

Possibly Pregnant
I would be willing to bet you are pregnant. I was 2 weeks late with my first pregnancy, and when I took the test, I thought it was negative because I couldn't see anything but a very faint line. Turns out I was. My friend then took a test when she got pregnant. There was a very, very faint line. When she took it again a week later, it was a definate line. I think if there's something at all there, you're pregnant. Maybe just not enough hormone yet to make it really dark.

It sounds like you are pregnant, because sometimes the tests are negative in the beginning, but don't panic. Make sure you talk to your significant other. I have a three year old, and I can't imagine life without her now.

Best of luck

Extremely eHealthy
Get a Blood Test,
These are more accurate. It is possible that it took a little longer for the hormone to set in on the first, but not likely, they say to look at around the time given, because they can change.

Good luck and best wishes,
