I have had acne like bumps on my upper back / shoulder blades for a few years now. Within the last few months though, they have spread onto my mid and lower back, and also onto my upper chest (starting below my collar bone).

The closest thing I can describe the bumps to is acne. They dont itch, and they dont hurt, and they dissapear / reappear randomly. They are redish / pinkish, and vary in size from fairly thin to about the width of half a penny. Ive been reading up a little on it, and although im not sure what they are, I gather that the only thing I need to do is start using some type of lotion on the effected areas.

Im a 15 year old male.. Any ideas?

I think it prob. Is acne. Its normal for guys your age to get acne in that place. You sweat there.... Just make sure your cleaning it real well in the shower. Also try using acne products on it. (stuff w/ benzyl peroxide, etc.) keep in mind that anytime you begin to use a product for the first time your acne may get worse for the first few weeks. Good luck. And if your back seems to get dry from the products you'll want to use lotion on it. You need to use facial lotion on it. Not regular body lotion.

This one is keloid for sure. No itch, no pain, just cosmetically there. And never really goes away.

I'm a 15 year old girl and I get acne in the same place, actually! I've tried a couple products but they never really work. The stridex that I use on my face i've just recently tried using it on my back. It helps a little, but I do need a better product. :?

What can I say. Stick to soft cotton clothes. Use as little detergent as possible. Low heat in the dryer. Keep your clothes super soft. Avoid polyester.

Oh! Don’t get upset, I think it is problem of every second girl next to you. There are many ways that can help you to cure the disease but a way that suits you and is not one of the scams to cure them should be adopted. It is better to refer to an online guide
For acne treatment that can make you aware of the pros and cons of the different ways and provide you a better solution. This will help you to balance yourself.

All the best!!!

Back rash
I have a pimple like rash all over my back and shoulders. The whiteheads are sore and spread over the front of my waist too. I have cleaned my back and used hydrocortisone on the spots. I am in a great deal of pain and not sure what has caused this or how to treat it.
