Q: Headaches, Faintness, Fatigue

I have been having th following symptoms:
*headaches that last 4-8 hours usually on one side or at the top of the head.
*dizziness & faintness- I get dizzy spells, usually when I have the headache, but not all the time. I start to topple over and I almost faint and everything goes black for a second or two, then my hand get tingly and numb.
*i have problems remembering things, especially with the fatigue I have.
Please help....
