Anyone that can help please... I have been having th following symptoms: headaches that last 4-8 hours usually on one side or at the top of the head. dizziness & faintness- I get dizzy spells, usually when I have the headache, but not all the time. I start to topple over and I almost faint and everything goes black for a second or two, then my hand get tingly and numb. *i have problems remembering things, especially with the fatigue I have. Please help....

Hello it sounds to me like you are suffering from migrain attacks.
