Thanks everyone, i'm worried about testing because I don't know how to tell my mom if I am pregnant. Plus i'm not sure how my boyfriend would take it, i'm sure he'd be happy, but it would be really hard to tell my mom because she doesn't think that me and him are going out anymore. She thinks that we've been broken up since september and that we are just friends now. I'm thinking about either going to get a blood test within the next couple days at a birth control center, or waiting till fri to buy another hpt. Maybe i'll just wait though because my period is sometimes irregular, and theres been times where i've thought I was pregnant but I got my period later on. I'm not sure. Thanks for the help you guys, i'll probably post here a bit because from what i've read on the forums it seems like a pretty good place to be.

Sometimes it takes longer for men to get into the pregnancy. Doesn't make your man a loser. My husband it took till I was about due for him to get really excited and interseted in the pregnancy. Simply because they're not experiancing anything really. They don't get to feel the baby's first moves, the baby's hiccups. They're not carring it, so they dont' have a clue to it in the world. My husband hated going shopping for the baby before he was born, he hated it with a passion, cause it bored him, but for me it was exciting!! now that the baby is here, my hubby is so excited and is so into the baby it's so precious!! It'll take time, just give it that time and if he doesn't want to talk about it, it might also mean your man is a bit scared. It happens, specailly if you're younger and he's younger. He probably never thought something like thsi would ever happen to him. I t's a new change and something for him to get use to!! But trust me, if he stays wtih you, eventually he'll come around and get interested in the baby and want to talk about. It might help if you take him to a fw appointments. Maybe if you're going to find out the sex of the baby, that would be the best appointment to take him to, then he'll know if he's getting a son or daugther. good luck to you hun and you man isn't a loser!!

Guys do love their cars. My man is a car guy too!! But once the baby was here he fell in love and the car isn't that important. Your man will realize that in time. So don't sweat it, it just might take him a little longer. And sometimes it happens right then and there when they find out their going to have a son or daughter. But once again, your man is not a loser....And if he loves you and everything, he'll understand that these other things come first. You should really sit down and talk to him.

Let him know that this baby is going to be born and that it's going to be more important than his car...If you have to, tell him either this child and me or you car....Let him know that you're serious about this.

But didn't you say you don't even know if you're pregnant or not yet? I think before you sweat about anything else, you should find out if you're for sure pregnant!! You might be sitting stressing over that your man isn't going to care or be interested in a child, that might be causing you to miss your period.

Im not really stressin over anything.. Just kinda waiting things out to see.. In 10 days it will be a month late tho, but tests are still negative

Good luck dear. Princess is absolutly right, your guy is not a looser. A lot of guys are into their cars and might make you feel neglected because they are so into it, but hey, its better than him being at the strip joint every night. He will get used to it, but test first!
