Get enough sleep, find things you can eat that will help usually 'light' foods. I liked salad and cheerios (not together Laughing ). I saw something at bru called preggie pops. I've never tried them. I used these wrist bands that I got from wal-mart in the like medicine section. I can't remember what they are called, but they had magnets or something in them, they helped. Also, if you don't let yourself get too hungry. Try to eat a little bit often. Saltines are supposed to help. Hopefully something here will help, but it's still going to have to run its course. Sorry mommy. It shouldn't be as bad as it was last time, if you had it last time. At least that's what 'they' say.

My doctor had me eating a piece of chocolate before I went to bed and before I got out of bed to help raise your sugar level. That will help with the nausea. Also stay awy from orange juice the acid messes with your stomach more.. Try crackers, ginger ale, broth soup, whatever works for you. The only thing that I could eat at first was fruit and ream cheese and bagles. Good luck hun and if it is real bad your doc. Can give you some med. To help ease it some

My doctor told me to keep little plastic bag of chicken or cheese to eat when I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I was lmao. Who is going to eat a piece of chicken or cheese sittin' on the toilet at 3 am?

i wa sick to the point of not being able to get out of bed, the doc put me on meds called diclectin and it helped tremendously. Now I feel much better as i'm in my 10th week but some things still make me gag. These are tips I got from my doc:

when you eat don't drink anything for at least 1/2 an hour after.
Stay away from any greasy foods.
Chew gum!
Get enough sleep (that helped me a lot)

good luck!

Honestly nothing really helped me. When I was pregnant with my daughter, it lasted my entire pregnancy. Everything made me throw up. With this pregnancy, its gone away for the most part, unless I get to tired or too hungry.

Morning Sickness
My doctor told me that I can take emetrol (anti nausea liquid) - it's a syrup and it's really sweet, all that's in it is glucose, fructose and phosphoric acid. He said this is totally okay for the baby (although you should check with yours before you take anything) and you can also take a little vitamin b-6, i'm not sure how much you're supposed to take. I've been nauseous for the past 6 weeks, it's getting a little better, but still not gone yet. I can't wait til i'm to the point where I just want to eat everything in sight. Also, if you eat high protein things it's supposed to help.
