Q: Stomach Malady

About a year ago, I suspect that I got food poisoning from eating in a fast food restaurant. I threw up, which was strange for me because prior to that incident, I hadn't thrown up in sixteen years. My question is that my stomach hasn't been the same since. I used to be able to eat or drink whatever I wanted, and now it seems that I can't eat hardly anything without my stomach bothering me. I have changed my diet since the incident. I refuse to eat fast food and will no longer drink diet soda. That's another thing. I thought that perhaps all of the diet soda that I used to drink wrecked my stomach as well. I thought that maybe because I changed my diet it has changed my stomach as well? What do you all think?
