High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Forum - High Cholesterol High Blood Pressure Recipes Wanted

My mother has high chol/high bpressure, and it seems to be difficult to find recipes that will help both. I love to cook, and want to be able to find good recipes to cook for my mom. She is watching everything she eats, so if I cook something that helps one problem and not both, she will not eat it. I have to find recipes that support both.
