Wow. I have a lot of allergies too, but not many food ones. Thats tough. Have you asked your doc. For suggestions at all? As for mile, try acidopholis milk... (not sure if there's soy in it or not though). Depending on how bad the allergies are, she may be able to eat some of this stuff anyways. I am supposably allergic (according to the back test) to orange juice and green beans, but never notice a reaction... I take daily allergy piils though...

Also I found a website that might help you. It is Shopbydiet.Com. Good luck! If you need more idea's just try doing searches online as follows: wheat substitute, or soy substute, or soy free foods..... Etc.

It may also be wise to go to a nutritionist that is familiar with food allergies...

Yes, I agree that a nutritionist should be sought. Your doc should have recommended a dietician or a nutritionist who can supply you with "lists" of accepted foods. Wheat is a tough one because it causes celiac sprue in those individuals who are sensitive to it and can cause all kinds of sickness. This sensitivity mainly affects the small intestine and can really wreak havoc when inflamed. This is generally a "gluten allergy" and is gluten-free advice all over the web and organizations dedicated to making people healthier.

Here is a link to begin your search regarding the gluten: http://www.Csaceliacs.Org/celiac_defined.P hp

for the other allergies, please read labels and avoid those foods. You have a real challenge on your hands. Those are common ingredients found in so many foods. A little know-how by learning and visiting a professional should open up a lot of choices for you. Also, sticking to all natural foods, not processed unless you have really studied the label will be important.

Good luck!
