I have been reading your posts for a long time. I relate very well to the anxiety of dealing with cardiovascular problems. I wonder from what many of you have said, how difficult it is to get answers even from your doctors. I have been dealing with several heart related issues for several years now. I have been diligent about my research and books I have read. I only found all this loose information brought together in one reference. After I bought it from the website, I later took one to my doctor. At first he was offended but later thanked me. Here is one example of the information that would answer several of you who were asking about stress in general and work related stress. The author talks about something called fibrinogen which is a stress protein that rises when you and I are under stress in the workplace. He says this condition increases both heart attack and stroke risk as much as 4-5 times and forms cardiovascular plaque. Apparently a study in the uk confirmed this but doctors aren't normally checking. He claims it is 30-50% inherited. There are about (i'm guessing) 150 topics that there are solutions for.
