Q: Is This Break Through Bleeding?!?!?

Im on the 5th day of my 2nd week of pills. Ive posted earlier about how I "thought" I lost a pill last week (2nd day of white pills), and this past sun. I took a pill about 2 minutes ealier (which I know doesn't make a difference). Im on ortho tri cyclen lo

ive also posted how I seem to be having more vaginal discharge this week than I normally do, which people say is normal. However, when I went to the bathroom this morning, some blood came out! I dont think its my period because I dont have cramps (my stomach hurts but for other reasons, and I have abdominal pain thats worse than normal, but have had it since march). It wasn't heavy or anything, it was just some red blood when I wiped, not much. Is it possible to have break through bleedin on the second week of my pills? Its not implantation bleeding or anything is it?

I also started taking paxil cr a week ago, would that have anything to do with it?
I havent had sex since sept. 6 and we used a spermicidal lubricated condom and before this pack, to my knowledge, ive taken my pills the same time every day and never missed any. My fiance' has pituitary thyroid disease and his doctor doesnt even think he can have children right now.

Am I ok?? Or is something wrong?
Im not pregnant, right?

Could be either, but my guess is breakthrough bleeding. If u miss a pill or don't take them at the same time every day this can cause the odd bleeding. I get it all the time, cuz m-f I take my pill at 7:30, but on the weekends I don't take it til sometime between 9-1

I think it is an infection, because that was the only time I had bleeding (so far today) and now I have pain and pressure near my pelvic region, I feel I have to urinate more, loss of appetite, etc. And there has been a lot of mucusy discharge this past week. I called my ob and she had me come in and take a urine test and she's gonna send it out for a culture, so we'll see. Plus, I asked her if it was possible I got preg. From missing one pill w/no intercourse (just oral and stuff), and she said not likely, especially since i've taken all my other pills before that correctly.

Hopefully the cat scan of my abdomen and pelvic area next will show something, so I can finally do away with all these pains!!!

I dont think its that, cuz I havent had sex since september, and I dont think it would start now, plus with my fiance' having pituitary/thyroid disease he gets blood work done and I think he would have noticed something. And in the last year we've always used a condom when having sex (from my knowledge anyway)

Well so far that was the only time I bled today, maybe I tore something or other or I had a small cyst somewhere...I dont know. Im starting to get that "period" smell already. I know you can start pmsing two weeks before. I dont know whats going on. I feel like I have my period but its too soon and im not bleeding. I have pelvic pain and pressure, and I have that "period" feeling you get down there, I dont know. My gyno said my urine looks good so far but she's sending it out for a culture.

I think im just making myself sick.

I think you seriously need to calm down. You are getting yourself so worked up that you are probably causing all of these things due to your stress/anxiety level sweetie!! That anxiety can just as easily cause breakthrough bleeding. Even when I wasn't stressed, every now and then I would get a month where I would have a mini-period (sometimes cramps) in the middle of the month.. Then get one again at my normal time. When I was on lo estrogen it occured often.. But that's why I went off of it. It's still good that you went to the doc... At least they can clear maybe having a uti or yeast infection..
