Teen Pregnancy Forum - the Real Deal: Pregnancy, Plead Read This And Giveme Advice

Ok, here is the deal: me, a stupid teenager believed the myth that you can't get pregnant if you have sex while you are on your peroid, that was about a month ago. I'm sitting here typing on the keyboard feeling sick to my stomach, because exactly a month from my last period was the 18 of september. Im usually regular, going on a cycle just short of a month. It's the 20th, even though my breasts feel sore (which usually happens a week or so before my period) and my stomach is bloated, im scared to death. Lately I have been having to urinate frequently and have been overally emotional. I think god has saved me from the grace of not getting pregnant from all my other stupid mistakes too many times. I am scared to death. Am I most likely pregnant? Am I having the symtoms of pregnancy? Please tell me honestly what you think. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Ok dont worry. It is improbable to get pregnant during your period. But you should take a test if you are worried. It most likely is all in your head and your really only having pms! Lol. Ive been there to where I freak out and im puking, I have cramps and then my period comes! Was that the only time you had sex? On your period? Dont stress it now, it will only make it late. I dont think you are, you should be fine. I bet if you go take a test, its gonna come up negative and the next morning your period will come! It always works that way! Good luck!

It isn't impossible to be preggy but I think you should just take a test so that you don't have to continue worrying about this. :d

Sweetie it is possible to get pregnant on ur period. But it isnt likely. It depends on when u ovulate. Take a pregnancy test to check to be sure. Good luck ~melissa

I cant even begin to tell you how worried I have gotten in the past...And im still a virgin! Lol so worrying about it only intensifies what ur feeling, and sometimes even fools ur body into feeling something ur really not...Bloated,sore breasts, frequent urination,emotional...I get all of those symptoms hard core when im due for my period, but dont freak out, if u keep worrying u could get whats called pseudopregnancy...Basically, where u worry so much about it, that u actually fool ur body into believing ur pregnant, so u get all the symptoms..But no baby lol...I know if I was in ur situation I would just take a test to ease my mind...Stay calm and good luck!

I didnt say impossible, I said improbable, like the chances are most likely not high to get preggy on a period. I mean I have like 80 ladies tell me you cant get pregnant *at all* unless your ovulating but I think you can get preggy at anytime still. Just chances are very, very slim when its a period. So dont stress it.

You run a risk my friend, there is a chance that you are pregnant. Like we all say to most of the other girls on here, go and get a test done to be sure. That is the only thing that you can do. Dont stress yourself, you could be the one causing your own "symptoms". And if you are pregnant your baby can feel the stress. I am praying for you, everything will be fine though I guarantee. I am a teen mother too, I am here for you if you ever need a person to talk to!!

Gunblade-ur not a stupid teenager at all.If this turns out 2 b a scare,u know 2 keep safe whenever cos u can preggers at any time of the month although as nikki sed,its improbable.If ur that worried,get urself tested hun
