I am always so tierd I have no energy when I first get up in the morning I spit blood I am scared to go to the doctor cause I lost a few loved ones to cancer if anyone knows what might be wrong with me please let me know

Ok, you really need to see your doctor you not going to know anything or feel any better until you do, it could be somthing as simple as a sinus infection..... Good luck
