Your 14, so you couldnt have been having periods for many years yet. The chances are your just late, or are going too skip a month, its all totally normal at a young age. My periods were regular, then irregular then regular etc for the first 4 years of them.

Most people dont notice this untill they become sexually active, because then there is always a possibility of becoming pregnant.
