If I want to switch the time I take the pill does that change me having sex? For example I take it now at like 11pm but want to in the morning. Would I have to wait weeks or months b4 have sex again?

No
No girl, you should be able to switch the time without any problems. I used to take it at noon, but switched to 10 pm. All I can say is that once you switch it, you stay very consistent with it. I kept forgetting about the time change so now I have an alarm that goes off at 10 pm for me. You can still have sex like you are now, just take extra precaution (condoms, etc.) for a few weeks, so your body can adjust to the new time.
