I have heard of doing pc excercises for increasing durationd during sex. So I have been trying to them, but how do you know if they are really working. I dno if I am doing them right. I looked at several websites and it seems like I am. I am squeezing the muscle that helps u stop urinating. I do a few sets of 15-20 each day, for the past week. Am I doing it right? Cauz I dont feel any different now than I did before. Thanks for your help.

Bigman16, looks like you have tried this method before... Did it really work?
How long should you keep it contracted? Thanks.

You send that 200 times/ day is what we should be hitting on. Now the question is how long do you keep your muscle contracted each time from the 200?

Do you devide the 200 into sets. Like each 20 in a set or something?

Listen
Be careful with what exercises you do. I did those and got prostatitis and I got epididymitis from doing a jelqing exercise for penis enlargement. These exercises are not worth the possible pain you may experience. These two injuries are very serious and can cause permanent damage. I would not mess around with these exercises if I were you, but if you do them and they cause you any pain or discomfort in your prostate or testicle area, stop immediately. Trust me.
