I would consult with your dermatologist and/or obgyn. The treatment means coating your body with something to kill the little buggers....

I ended up coming home from the hospital (20 years ago) with my brand new baby girl... And for weeks after she was born I began itching and itching more and more.... At the same time my weee little baby had a funky kind of rash on her ankles. Well, turns out one of the hospital staff must have passed on scabies to my new born baby... And while breast feeding it was passed on to me! Ugh we both managed to rid ourselves of it, but I don't know what concerns you may need to have being pregnant. So, it's best to check with the docs, especially during the early stages of pregnancy.
