Hi,
i sprained my knee about 3 days ago playing volleyball. I really didnt hit it that hard and I was even playing on sand, but im guessing its because I have a loose right knee joint.

I was just wondering if I could tell between a second degree or third degree (third being the worst) knee sprain. I know its not mild because I still cant walk on it and is pretty painfull.

Any additional information to aid in my recovery would be helpfull as well
thanks

btw im 19 years old
