Thanks distinctgirl for the reply,
i also think that I may have bpd instead of bd which was what I was diagnosed as, because I haven't taken my meds in 5 months and people have wondered why I have had little periods of low that last a few days instead of a major low which would cause me to be hospitalize. I also quit therapy because she kept asking me how things make me feel and I couldn't honestly respond to her because I didn't know myself. Most of the time I would lie to her inorder to avoid that question or I would lie about how I feel. What I was wondering is how I would go about trying to get a different diagnoses other then bd?
