Q: My Stomache

Lately everybody been asking me if i'm pregnant because of my stomache.... I dont know what to tell them because I dont even know myself... My stomache looks different to everbody else... I want to take a pregnancy test but im scared the results might be negative..I'm small so the stomache sticks out.. Could this be it???
