The other night I had sex with my boyfriend. He was wearing a condom but as he was about to cum he quickly pulled out and came everywhere but he realized that the condom was torn. He leak a little down there on me but not much at all, bearly any. I'm just really scared if I will soon to find out i'm pregant. We have had alot of these scares. Usually we have no protection and have come close to these circumstance. How long do you think I should wait to get a pregancy test? I am due for my period at the end of october but I want to know sooner. Do you think i'm even pregant, cause I know men realease a sperm liquid before they even come and i'm wondering if I got some of that...Help asap

Well...
It seems like your chances of being pregnant are high.....But I don't want to worry you! Many women try for years to get pregnant and never do! I would call up and make and appointment with your doctor (or the soonest appointment you can get) and I would find out if your pregnant by a blood test. If not you could try the preg tests from the drug stores....But they might not work yet....Or they might! I am past my period right now too and wondering if I could be too! But I am too freaked out to go get one because I think I am just paranoid! From eunice

High Huh?
You think it's really high huh?? Great just what I need in my life is a baby. How soon can a blood test reveal this to me? My doctor and I are really close friends she's a girlfriend of my mom! It's going to be awkward to get an appt with her. I want to try everyway to make that the last resort. How soon could I get the pregnancy test at the drug store do you think?

Dear vivid,

sex without a condom is very risky, even if your partner doesn't ejaculate inside you, there is still the issue of pre cum which contains sperm, therefore you can still become pregnant. The earliest you could do a home pregnancy test and get an accurate result would be a few days after your period is due, any earlier and the test probably wouldn't even be sensitive enough to detect hcg levels. The quickest way is to request a blood test from your doctor, you can usually request this 7 - 12 days after the day you had sex.

Good luck...

i was just wondering, by what you said, if you are aware that unprotected sex causes pregnancy? I mean come on..Did you not go to sex ed? You said in a previous post that you and your boyfriend dont normally use condoms and you have been scared numerous times...Dont you think that after the (in caps) first scare..You would start using larger condoms or get on birthcontrol? I thought what I had was a scare..But come to find out I was pregnant and had a miscarriage. Me and myy boyfriend were very carefull, but twice we were careless...Although he didnt come in me..I became pregnant. Now that the situation is all over with...We use a condom (in caps) every time!! I have an appointment to get on the patch next month. Think about what you're doing...Dont be stupid..

I completely agree with sarah. You put "great, just what I need in my life is a baby." you brought this upon yourself for being so careless. If youve had so many of these scares, why dont you get birthcontrol!? Be more careful because you are risking pregnancy. How could you be so thoughtless to say that, but yet you were never cautious into making sure you were having protected sex. You are asking for these scares. Hopefully you arent, but hopefully youll learn to get a method of birthcontrol. Take a home pregnancy test a few days after a late period. And you can find out then. But really look into being safer and more responsible.
