I recieved an e-mail from our friend hadley, who hasn't been on for awhile, but is doing ok.
It talks about an artical on the affects aspartame( artificial sugar) has on lupus diabetics, and ms patients.
If you havent read this, you need to!! It's about 7 pages long, but very important!!
I printed it out, but kept the e-mail so I can forward it to any one who is interested in reading it. Just send me your e-mail address on private meesage and I will send it to you. If you have concerns about giving me your e-mail address, I will errass it after I forward this to you, promise!!

Would this be that aspartame has nasty effects on the central nervous system? Headaches...Causes the cns lupus to progress faster? Can even cause seizures in some people?

I'm not sure where it came from, but it talks about aspartame in diet sodas and equal spoonful . It has a report from a Dr. Roberts. And the epa on how it converts to e-formaldehyde and then to formic acid which in turn causes
metabolic acidosis. Thats the poison found in the sting of fire ants. And it mimics among other conditions ms. That's just a small part of all it talks about.

Aspartame
I used to drink diet drinks all the time. Someone gave me that article to read, and I never drank another diet drink or used equal again. It's not worth the risk, even if only a portion of the article is valid.
