Im not sure about this question, I think so though. I cant say forsure, however a blood test is more accurate than a urine test. The hpts only detect a certain amount, I think its anywhere from 25-50 of the hcg level. With the blood test, it will detect any amount of hcg in your system. If you have any at all, you are pregnant. A woman would not have this hormone in her system if she were not pregnant. I hope this helps.
