Q: Abdominal Pain Almost 3 Months After Pregnancy

I was told that my cramping from having a baby should go away after 6weeks and it did .
Then around 3 weeks ago it came back but worse.
I dont know what could be causing it im not that sexually active with my husband and im afraid some thing is wrong.
My son is 2 months and 3 weeks old.
This pain is even starting to wake me up in the middle of the night.
It almost feels like my ovaries are getting bigger and bigger.
Thats where it hurts but it also hurts right above my vagina area.
Does anyone have any answers on what this could be????
Thank you!! Confused

Do you mean your 2 months and 3 weeks pregnant? I know I had a lot of cramps off and on during my pregnancies. It didn't feel the way you described. If it's waking you up, you should call your doctor. I've heard with miscarriage there is usually pain in the stomach and back and blood. So, I don't think it's that. Is this your first pregnancy? Your body is going through a lot of changes making room for, and preparing to give birth to baby. It's going to be pretty uncomfortable at times.

sorry, I read that wrong. I'm not sure babe. Call your doc now if they are unbearable and you can't wait a couple weeks. Or could you talk to a nurse at your doctors office?

Well it could be a urinary track infection or a bladder infection whatever they call it... Even though they did a check up then doesnt mean that something hasnt changed since then. I would def. Give the doctors offfice a call. They might want to do a follow up check or run some test just to see. Good luck hun I hope you feel better.
