Q: Implantation Bleeding And Blood Test

My husband and I are trying to have a baby and around the 17 of november I ovulated and then on the 22 I noticed a brown mucus discharge on the tp only and on the 24 I had a blood test done in the e.R I am not sure what kind of blood test it was.It was neg my period is not due till around dec 7 is it really to soon to detect the hormone or even to soon for implantation bleeding
