But sometimes I actually want to be pregnant. I actually think sometimes it would be fun. I won't ttc though because I am far from fit to raise a kid and I don't think i'm emotionally ready either. It might be for the same reason I like thunderstorms and anything exciting. Sometimes I get tired of the same old same old and want a change.. Whether it be good or bad.. Lol.

I don't know... If I start ttc now maybe by the time it takes me to get pregant I could be stable...I don't think I will.. It's not definite that I want to be... Just sometimes I want to be.

Yes.. The same one. I'm beginning to lose my codependency. I don't know why people think prochoice is proabort. I am for whatever the pregnant one in question wants and if she wants to keep it, the zef the child, whatever,, more power to her. Anyway I am saying that because some people thought I was proabort and hated kids and such and I don't just in case that is why me sometimes wanting to pregant is such a shock.

I hear ya.. I hear babies cry everywhere and i"m like "hell noo!!". I also don't really know how to entertain kids and when they come to me I am so confused and don't know what to do. I try to make my little brother laugh sometimes and he looks at me like i'm crazy.. Lol.

It's natural for anyone to get broody from time to time - sometimes I sneak into the kids section and stroke the babygrows...Shhhh....But overall the idea of pregnancy and motherhood makes me shake and feel ill. Not ready yet!

Just don't act on a sudden impulse bd!

i'm the same way, but being pregnant is basically 40 weeks of no change. It's so incredibly dull most of the time and my life is definitely more boring now that i'm pregnant. I can't wait until I give birth. Now that's a change i'm looking forward to!

I'm the same way...I didn't think I wanted kids.....But then I realized everything I wanted to have for a career I can get from being a mom I can be a cook, a teacher, a nurse, and so much more....What more can I ask for...I pass by the baby section at walmart and see all the awesome stuff my baby could have and it gets my biological clock ticking.....I found out I have pcos about a month ago and now I truly realize what having kids is going to mean to me.....More than I ever thought it would

All through highschool I was really too busy with friends, stuff to do, that I dont think it crossed my mind once that I wanted a child! My plan was to get married after I graduate college..Then...Maybe have kids! Lol, well my plans unexpectedly changed and looks like im going to be doing things a little backwards! When I first found out I was extremely mad at myself and upset. But ive calmed down and gotten used to the fact, and now I love my little girl more than anything in this entire world.

Wow, what a positive response.
Brandy, no that's not crazy. Even when I was pregnant I would hear kids scream and be like nooooooooooo waaaaaaaaaaaaayyy!
Thing is while you have broody/maternal feelings every once in a while you can identify that it is just that and not something to act on - well done Smile
do you know what it comes down to in my mind - a need to feel unconditionally loved - something we all want deep down, I know I do.

I guess it all depends on what you know you are capable of. I think it is unfair to bring a child into the world, purposly, when you know you can not offer it the best. If I had thoughts of having a baby (if I wasn't already pregnant, and wanted to purposly have a child) then I would think about a lot of things such as my financial situation, who the father of the baby is, my education, and many other things. Of course I understand that people have baby fever, a lot of girls do! But I agree when said you know when to not act on impulse. That is good! If you are having any doubts about having a baby, I would wait until you know you are forsure about doing it. Just my opinion though!

Yeah.. I am definitly going to wait and not act on it. I have alot of issues to cover before I am ready and this could just be a phase.
