Need yall,
what you've described, I think, cannot be
ruled out as tmj, although only a doctor
can make that diagnosis or not.
I'm brand new to this forum, need yall,
although i've experienced tmj to varying
degrees for a year and a half or so.
Please stay with us in this forum, if you
don't mind my suggesting. Read as much as
you can about the condition and what
others have done in their attempts to stop
or at least alleviate the pain.
It's obvious to me as a registered nurse
that your headaches and jaw tension have
presented themselves many, many times to
you. The conditions you've described are
not new to humanity, but I think most of
us here will agree that those conditions
are more prevalent as our civilization
becomes more tense and bothered with
itself.
You've already paid a lot of attention to
how your pain manifests. Have you also
paid as much attention to what you are
doing and, especially, feeling just before
the pain begins.
Your sharing any pertinent information
might help other people. Please
participate in the forum as much as you
can.
