Towards the end of my pregnancy with my daughter, like during the last month, I had sharp pains that the only way I can describe it, were right in my crotch. I've started having those pains again, but i'm only almost 25 weeks. I've also started having intense lower back pain, especially when I wake up from sleeping on my back. Is all this stuff just starting sooner cause this is my second pregnancy? Those pains in my crotch seriously hurt, like a stabbing feeling.
